Suman Madhav Women’s College, Zari is committed to maintaining high standards of academic excellence and efficient administration through regular Academic and Administrative Audits (AAA). These audits ensure continuous improvement in teaching-learning processes, governance, infrastructure utilization, and overall institutional performance, aligning with the guidelines of SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai and best practices in higher education.
Objectives of AAA

  • To evaluate the effectiveness of curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.
  • To assess teaching methodologies, student support systems, and research initiatives.
  • To review administrative efficiency, financial management, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • To identify strengths, areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies for quality enhancement.
  • To prepare the institution for external assessments like NAAC accreditation.

Audit Process

  • Internal Audit: Conducted annually by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) with participation from faculty, administrative staff, and stakeholders.
  • External Audit: Periodically invited experts from SNDT Women’s University or reputed institutions review our processes and provide valuable feedback.
  • Key Areas Covered:
    • Curricular Aspects: Syllabus implementation, teaching plans, and outcome attainment.
    • Teaching-Learning & Evaluation: Faculty performance, student feedback, and examination reforms.
    • Research & Extension: Faculty research, student projects, and community outreach (NSS activities).
    • Infrastructure & Learning Resources: Utilization of labs, library, and IT facilities.
    • Student Support & Progression: Scholarships, mentoring, and placement support.
    • Governance & Leadership: Administrative policies and best practices.
    • Innovative Practices: Skill development programs and women empowerment initiatives.
